Resonance Calibration: The Unique Fingerprint of each 3D Printer
As the printer moves and rapidly changes directions, just like a car with suspension, the tool head wobbles ever so slightly. This leads to visible ripples in the edges of prints. To remove this, we measure the unique internal resonance of the printer, find out what frequencies excite the vibrations, and pre program the machine to predict and counter-act such ripples. With this we can truly print at 320mm/s, without any associated loss in quality.

Nozzle Ecosystem(s)
We offer 2 separate nozzle ecosystems as we understand not one size fits all:
CHT nozzles (as pictured) are the highest performance nozzles we have – this is why it’s our standard nozzle. Featuring blades on the inside to dramatically improve flow by heating the material internally and externally. These also have an abrasive resistant version made of vanadium and copper that can cope with even the most coarse materials.
We also offer ‘Revo’, the tool-less quick-change nozzle eco-system which can be rapidly replaced when cold, offering much higher flexibility as you can switch nozzles to better suit the job.
Revo’s flexibility lies in the quick change system, which includes a new DLC (Diamond Like Coating) nozzle for even the most abrasive materials.
*Revo standard nozzles have a max flow of 16mm^3/s. The Revo ecosystem now includes High Flow, and abrasive-resistant variants.
**0.4mm nozzles are not recommended for fibre materials due to increased risk of clogging.
Painless Bed Adhesion with PEI
“Our spring steel PEI sheet ensures perfect prints every time. The stable and flat surface, combined with the PEI coating, allows for secure adhesion and easy removal of printed parts. No more messy adhesives or tapes needed.
Our double-sided design offers flexibility, as you can choose between a smooth or textured finish depending on your project. And if ever a part sticks too well, simply flex the plate slightly and the part will fall off, making the removal process even easier.
