From the very start, we’ve been extremely conscious about the materials we use. We wondered how we could do our part for the environment, and have done our best to design our printers and packaging with sustainability in mind.
Our machines have sustainable solid bamboo sides, which are FSC Certified. Our packaging is also made with planet-friendly recyclable cardboard and recycled polystyrene for the added protection needed. Every product sold plants a tree, because we need to be accountable for our planet.

E3D Hemera
E3D’s Hemera is an extruder which sets an all-new standard. It has an extremely powerful direct drive motor, as well as a hyper-constrained filament path, meaning it’s more than able to handle a variety of different filament materials.
It also has an optimised heat sink which removes the unintentional cooling of other parts, removing the risk of warping.

A Large, Fast Nozzle.
The Construct printers are faster and more versatile than you could possibly imagine.
The Construct 1 XL boasts a 0.6mm copper nozzle as standard. The versatile size allows for fast printing – down to 100um layer heights, or as thick as 560um – and everything in-between.
For the Construct 1 printer, we supply a 0.4mm nozzle, to better suit its print size and use cases. The smaller nozzle size is better for sturdy prints, with the choice to print a line width from 0.3mm, or even 0.8mm.
CONSTRUCT3D printers come with CHT® volcano nozzles as standard. This means we can melt 450%* more plastic when compared to traditional printers – producing a more uniform melt profile, enabling higher speeds, better quality, and stronger parts.
*Using a typical 10mm^3/s nozzle for comparison.

With a durable protective coating, our brackets are skeletonised to remove as much weight as possible. This allows the printer to accelerate faster and makes the print much more reliable.
In the event of bracket damage, each one can be easily replaced in minutes, minimising downtime.

For faster, more accurate prints, CoreXY works wonders. With Gates’ wide belts and an exceptionally rigid frame, our printers can consistently accelerate up to 17,000+ mm/s^2.
Construct printers also have independent dual Z axis for true gantry levelling before any mesh calibration, ensuring nothing but smooth travel.
