We did it! Our very first Kickstarter has been successful. This achievement was only possible because of all your support and your trust in us to produce some amazing printers for you.  We are massively humbled by the amazing support and feedback you have all been giving us, and I cannot wait for the time you get your machines in the post and to see what you will start making with it.

What happens now?

So, what’s going on in the background?    Since the campaign end, we have been burning the midnight oil starting the purchasing of all components and finishing the onboarding of our manufacturing software. We have this amazing opportunity to start a manufacturing company with all the right processes in place from day one, so we can avoid the hassle of upgrading our systems as we grow.

We have also got our final dates for the mezzanine (20th December) which will be extremely helpful as it almost doubles our factory floor space – we must be getting really sad that we are getting so excited just for a floor to be added, but we just can’t help it! XD

News may be a little bit slow for the next month, as it will mostly just be us setting up the factory and awaiting the components, which are scheduled to start arriving in early January. However, keep an eye on this space, as we have some slow burn research that has generated some interesting results that just need verifying – so while factory news may be slow, at least there will be some interesting topics to talk about.
